John is a Managing Director at Creo Advisors and leads our Consumer Goods Practice area. He is a seasoned executive and consultant with over 25 years of industrial experience, with deep expertise in Consumer Goods and Retail. John's experience includes strategy, operations, and leading large-scale transformations that deliver rapid, significant change. John’s transformation leadership ensures critical cultural, business, and operating model improvements are part of the overall change agenda. 

 

Prior to joining Creo Advisors, John spent 14 years with top-tier management consulting firms, including Boston Consulting Group (BCG), AlixPartners, and AT Kearney. As a consultant, John worked with leading fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies, durable consumer companies, and retailers. John also supported a range of industrial, distribution, and healthcare clients. 

 

Additionally, John led business unit strategy and selected P&L’s at multi-billion-dollar corporations such as Novelis and Veritiv. Before entering consulting, John worked for The Coca-Cola Company. 

 

Originally from Philadelphia, John and his wife reside in Atlanta.   John is active in the community working with FourthWard Neighbors Association, Junior Achievement of Georgia, and Habitat for Humanity. John has also been a Mentor for MBA students at Emory University.

 

John earned an MBA, with honors, from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University, an MS in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, and a BS in Civil Engineering from Drexel University.
