John is a Managing Director at Creo Advisors and leads our Industrials Practice area. John brings over 30 years of advisory and operator experience, focusing on industrial goods strategic programs, strategic sourcing, operational redesign and improvement, organization development, and change management.
Prior to joining Creo Advisors, John worked with leaders across various geographies and industries with Johnson Controls, AlixPartners, Procurian, and Booz Allen & Hamilton. John championed efforts to address products and services challenges and led change programs across all major functional areas as well as many extended supply chains. John started his career serving in many capacities for Crucible Specialty Metals. John has held several supply and operations leadership roles in Asia, Europe, and North America.
John serves on the Board of Directors for the Milwaukee Public Museum, whose mission is to inspire curiosity, excite minds, and increase the desire to preserve and protect our world’s natural and cultural diversity through exhibitions, educational programs, collections, and research.
Additionally, John is the co-founder and Secretary for Evry Golf, a non-profit organization focused on helping people of all ages and abilities experience and enjoy golf and other lifetime activities.
John graduated from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration with an MBA concentration in General Management and received a BA degree in Geography from Dartmouth College.
