Steve is a Managing Director at Creo Advisors and leads our Supply Chain Practice area.  He is passionate about using analytics to build insights and drive actions to enable sustained improvement.    Having worked across industrials, automotive and consumer products industries domestically and internationally, he has broad knowledge and experience to identify and codify opportunities to enable effective change and action.     

 

Prior to joining Creo Advisors, Steve has spent over 15 years in executive supply chain, business process, M&A and operations leadership roles with Levi Strauss and Co, The Clorox Company, ConAgra Foods, Johnson Controls and Tenneco. In addition to his industry experience, Steve spent five years with Booz Allen Hamilton as a strategy and operations consultant.  Steve started his career with Ford Motor Company in Light Truck product development.

Steve serves on the Board of Acadia / SAI, a Saas solutions provider focused on the connected worker and driving business process excellence.  He also is an advisor to bigbyte software systems, a leader in SAP operational excellence and optimization in areas of supply chain planning.   

 

Active in the community, Steve is a coach and mentor in FIRST Robotics and is member of the Class of 31E Engineering scholarship committee at the University of Michigan.

 

Steve earned an MBA, from Duke University with a focus in Operations and Finance and a BSE in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
